Session on Engage 2026 in Ghent

An independent claims and advisory organization relies on their custom Domino applications as the core operational system supporting their complex claims and advisory processes, generating extensive histories of email correspondence, documents, photos and case reports. Together with Silverside, they explored how Microsoft Copilot — enhanced with agentic capabilities — can be utilized to work more intelligently with this information without replacing Domino.

In this session, Roland and Duco demonstrate how Copilot summarizes large correspondence trails, interprets supporting documents and accelerates the creation of first response and final reports based on decades of case files.

They show how agentic workflows allow Copilot to autonomously perform multi step actions, such as structuring dossier input, preparing report drafts, or triggering follow up tasks using contextual knowledge derived from Domino data. Attendees gain practical insights into integration patterns, security considerations and the opportunities and limitations of applying agentic AI to correspondence heavy processes.

This case highlights how organizations can significantly elevate productivity by utilizing Copilot and agentic automation while keeping Domino as the operational backbone.
